Multicultural Integrated Kidney Education Program

Mike program is a public health initiative promoting healthy behaviors and chronic disease prevention techniques in support of youth in academic settings. Mike program partners with educational institutions to engage near-age, early career health and healthcare professionals who serve as volunteer mentors for teens at higher risk of developing chronic diseases. Mike program provides youth with structured mentor-based activities and lessons to expand their experiences in public health, in support of advancing academic, training and career options in health and healthcare.
