Altru health resources, previously operating as parkwood place, operated a senior congregate housing facility. On december 1, 2015, the parkwood senior living operations and facilities were sold. Altru health resources maintains ownership of the land occupied by the parkwood senior living building and entered into a 10-year lease of the land.
