The governing body includes 13 regular members plus 2 alternates for a total of 15; such body is referred to as the "board". These board members are elected by the general membership of the organization. Each board member serves a three-year term. The board members elect officers in which such office position can be held for only one year. For major changes (ie bylaws) the board requires approval by the general membership.”
