The objects and purposes are as follows: 1) to operate as a non-profit association, charitable in its intent, by sponsoring a charitable ball at which young ladies may be presented to the archbishop of st. Louis, and the net contribution of such charitable ball shall be given and paid directly each year to cardinal glennon children's hospital in st. Louis for the use and purposes as required by the medical center or to any other catholic organization designated by the board. 2) to conduct a series of dances for children of members and catholic children of their friends and associates, the net proceeds thereon shall be given and paid directly to cardinal glennon children's hospital or to any other catholic organization designated by the board. A child who is not a catholic may be permitted to attend the dances with the consent of the executive committee and the approval of the archbishops representative.
