“The Association has engaged Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International - America's Region, Inc., a related 501(c)(6) organization, to serve as the employer of record of the Association's staff, to provide oversight of the Association's infrastructure and operations, to manage the Association's information technology hardware and software, and to provide specialists in the fields of headquarters support, strategic communications, and accounting and budget management. The fee for these services totaled $39,394 for the year ended December 31, 2024. The Association utilizes the services of a management firm, Insight Out Consulting DMCC, for management services related to operations in the Middle East. Management fees and reimbursed expenses under the contract totaled $ 236,217 for the year ended December 31, 2024.”
