Financial Statement Notes

PART V, LINE 4:

The board designated endowment is to be used to secure, strengthen, and extend the organization's mission by receiving gifts, bequests, and other conveyances, where the intent of the donor is to make a lasting contribution to the organization. Funds are to not to be used for operating or expenses ordinarily included in the annual budget unless otherwise specified by the board of directors.

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization constitutes a qualified not-for-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is, therefore, exempt from federal income taxes.
