The board of directors request annually from members any potential conflicts of interest. For any potential conflict the board reviews the facts and circumstances on a case by case basis and takes whatever action it deems necessary to address/eliminate the conflict.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 15A

The board of directors annually evaluates the performance of the executive director and sets a salary based on a number of factors, including the results of a performance evaluation, the organization's financial condition, and other factors as necessary.

Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Line 15B

There are no other officers or key employees for which the board sets compensation. This task is delegated to the executive director, who performs employee evaluations and makes recommendations to the board.
