To provide individualized supported living and community integration services, vocational and career assistance services, youth transitional services, out-patient behavioral health services, in-patient and out-patient substance abuse treatment services, and employment services for the deaf and hard of hearing.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal income taxes on related income pursuant to section 501(a) of the code. The organization accounts for uncertainties in accounting for income tax assets and liabilities using guidance included in fasb asc topic 740, income taxes. The organization recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions are more likely than not to be sustained. At june 30, 2014, the organization evaluated its tax positions and concluded that the organization had maintained its tax exempt status and had taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the consolidated financial statements. With few exceptions, the organization is no longer subject to u.s. Federal income tax examinations by tax authorities for the years before 2011. Therefore, no provision or liability for income taxes has been included in the consolidated financial statements.
