“The nominating committee shall present to the membership at least thirty (30) days before the annual meeting by mail or email one (1) nomination for each seat on the board which is vacant or is about to expire. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the annual meeting. Directors shall be elected at the chapter annual meeting by vote of the full membership. Each director shall be elected for a two (2) year term. Directors shall be elected on staggered terms. The immediate past chairman shall serve one (1) year on the board as ex-officio.”
