TO HELP FOSTER A COOPERATIVE SPIRIT AMONG THE VARIOUS REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS AND THOSE IN RELATED FIELDS, THE ORGANIZATION HELD A QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP LUNCHEON AND AN ANNUAL CHRISTMAS BANQUET. ONLY THE EXCESS COSTS OVER ADMISSION FEES WERE PAID FOR BY THE ORGANIZATION.--
