The mission of crss is to be a recognized provider of first choice in providing an integrated continuum of quality residential, healthcare and supportive social services for senior adults throughout the archdiocese.
Cardinal ritter senior services (crss) provides services to improve the quality of life for senior adults by promoting and providing social, health, and housing programs and services in st. Louis city and county, as well as in st. Charles, jefferson, franklin, and warren counties. Inspired by the teachings of jesus christ, the mission of crss is to be a recognized provider of first choice in providing an integrated continuum of quality residential, healthcare and supportive social services for senior adults throughout the archdiocese.

“Cardinal ritter senior services (crss) and cardinal ritter institute - residential services corporation (cri-rsc) periodically provide the organization with certain management services. Crss pays vendors through the management agent's disbursement system for the organization. This procedure was implemented for the purpose of utilizing the most cost effective method to conserve the organization's processing costs and to provide internal controls to safeguard assets. There is no payment to the managing agent for this cash disbursement system. Crss pays all expenses, salaries, and fringe benefits including payroll, for the organization. In addition, the federal w-2 forms for salaries and payroll tax returns are included on crss' records. The organization reimburses crss on a regular basis for these project expenditures and there is no payment to the managing agent for these services. St. Patrick apartments had 7 employees during the year ended june 30, 2017. The organization pays a bookkeeping fee to the archdiocese of st. Louis. Additionally, a management fee is paid to the st. Louis archdiocese fund (slaf) for the management of the organization's investments. The organization has entered into a contract for management of the facilities with cri-rsc. The organization pays a separate management fee for the services performed by cri-rsc.”
