The Alumni House Fund Association

See schedule othe mission of the alumni house fund association is to ensure that the members of the kappa sigma fraternity at the missouri university of science & technology have continued access to quality housing. The association is the owner of the fraternity house at the university. We will provide financial and property management to the fraternity. The association will collect rent and pay all occupancy related bills for the fraternity. The association will maintain the house as a safe and secure environment and will invest in the required repairs and improvements. The association will also raise funds as necessary for major renovations required at the fraternity house.
