Based on the data, the consultant makes a recommendation to the compensation committee of the board. The board discusses the recommendations and makes a decision as to what will be provided for the year. The president of the board provides the information to the vp of finance to implement.

William stahr, md, a board member, has part ownership in cape laboratory and pathology, llc (clp). Clp has an agreement with saint francis medical center to supply pathology services and medical direction services at the laboratory. While payments between sfmc and clp did not exceed 990 reporting requirements, management believes the relationship should be disclosed.
