Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The purpose of the Optimist International BBA Optimist Club of St. Louis OCSL Youth Work Fund is to finance charitable activities approved by the OCSL Board. These activities include supporting Optimist Internationals global youth programs like youth golf oratorical essay and art contests. Additionally the fund aids in maintaining OCSLs traditional activities at the Youth and Family Center and Wesley House as well as supporting youth initiatives through grants across economically challenged areas in the St. Louis metropolitan region.
