“The organization amended their bylaws effective for the current year to extend service of elected officers and board members to a two year term. One half of the board of directors and officers are to be elected or automatically reelected every year resulting in staggered terms. The offices of president, horse show secretary, and treasurer will be limited to two terms for a total of four consecutive years. These officers can run for the same office after a minimum of one term (two years) has passed. All officers and board directors must be members in good standing, a minimum age of 21 as of january 1 and are expected to attend and participate in 75% of general membership and board meetings.”
