“Internal management review is completed of the compiled information prior to preparation and review by rsm us llp. Following rsm us llp's preparation and review of the form 990, it is reviewed with the organization's vice president, finance/cfo; vice president, legal affairs; vice president, human resources; and chief compliance risk officer. The point values are based on "know how", "problem solving", "accountability", and other job attributes specific to the position.
