Ramey retirement home, inc. Has an agreement with truverse management corporation to handle the management responsibilities. Under the terms of this agreement, truverse received a monthly management fee equal to 50 per occupied unit per month for the year ended december 31, 2018 and 48 per occupied unit per month for the year ended december 31, 2017. The management fee for the years ended december 31, 2018 and 2017 was 16,400 and 16,080 respectively.
