Ramey retirement home, inc. Has an agreement with national management corporation (nmc) to handle the management responsibilities. Under the terms of this agreement, nmc received a monthly management fee equal to 48 per occupied unit per month for the year ended december 31, 2017 and 46 per occupied unit per month for the year ended december 31, 2016. The management fee for the years ended december 31, 2017 and 2016 was 16,080 and 15,134, respectively. The organization paid nmc 16,014 and 14,162 for the site manager, and 13,102 and 14,109 for the maintenance tech for the years ended december 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively. In addition, the organization paid nmc 7,567 and 7,555 for various other expenses for the years ended december 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively.

THE ORGANIZATION PAID NMC 16,014 AND 14,162 FOR THE SITE MANAGER, AND 13,102 AND 14,109 FOR THE MAINTENANCE TECH FOR THE YEARS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2017 AND 2016, RESPECTIVELY. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION PAID NMC 7,567 AND 7,555 FOR VARIOUS OTHER EXPENSES FOR THE YEARS ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2017 AND 2016, RESPECTIVELY.
