“Sightlife, a washington nonprofit corporation, is the sole member of the northwest lions endowment (nle), and possesses the rights as outlined in the bylaws of the nle. These include the ability to determine the composition and number of nle trustees and to amend the nle articles of incorporation and bylaws.”

The sightlife conflict of interest policy is as follows: each officer and trustee is required to annually review and affirm compliance with the conflict of interest policy. An officer or trustee is expected to report any material actual or potential conflict to the full board of trustees for their determination and enforcement. If a conflict exists, the officer or trustee shall recuse themselves from voting on the matter.”
