Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company

“PMI-MN contracts with Synergos AMC to handle routine accounting and administrative tasks such as answering phones, providing meeting space and a place for mail delivery. Synergos AMC also records all accounting transactions for the organization and cuts checks. Synergos AMC provides financial reports to all board members and operating committee each month for formal review. The Board of Directors of PMI-MN exercises management control over all activities of the organization and any functions performed by Synergos AMC are under the direction of the Board of Directors of PMI-MN.”

Synergos AMC also records all accounting transactions for the organization and cuts checks. Synergos AMC provides financial reports to all board members and operating committee each month for formal review. The Board of Directors of PMI-MN exercises management control over all activities of the organization and any functions performed by Synergos AMC are under the direction of the Board of Directors of PMI-MN.
