Mission

The Foundation is organized and shall be operated primarily to own, maintain, operate and conduct, directly or indirectly, housing and long-term care facilities for the elderly and to assist and coordinate activities of facilities for health care, social services, education and research, and do any and all other acts and things and exercise any and all other rights and powers which may be reasonably necessary, incidental, desirable or expedient in the accomplishment of such purposes.
