The organization filed a notice of consolidation with the south dakota secretary of state on august 26, 2019. The consolidation with community transit inc, 811 4th avenue e, sisseton, sd 57262 occurred on september 30, 2019. This consolidation will allow the non-profit corporations...to decrease expenses by consolidation of expenses and provide the non-profit corporations greater ability to apply for and receive grants to operate on a day-to-day basis, providing an increased ability of the non-profit corporation to provide public transportation in each of the communities served.
