Approve any use of any trade names or any intellectual property of centracare clinic. 11. The determination of the dissolution of or the discontinuation of business of centracare clinic. 12. The mergers with, the acquisition of, or the affiliation with any hospital, clinic, or physician provider group. 13. Oversee auditing and accounting practices of centracare clinic.”
