Mission
Fairview Physician Associates (FPA) is an integrated practice network of more than 4,400 providers. As a physician-and clinic administrator - led nonprofit, we work to provide personalized care that improves health outcomes of individuals in our defined community, while providing quality care, exceptional patient satisfaction and reducing total cost of care.
