HOMES COST LESS THAN MARKET RATE AS THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST (CLT) PURCHASES THE LAND THROUGH THE USE OF A GROUND LEASE AND THE HOMEBUYER PURCHASES THE IMPROVEMENTS, OR HOME.
