The crossroads aftercare program ceased operations due to the sale of the building where all services were provided on may 14, 2020. The sale of the building was motivated by major structural repairs that were required for the building to continue supporting the housing and programming we provided. With the sale of the building crossroads went through a reorganization and restructuring to create new services, programming, and business model. Through this process, we incurred programming expenses which are identified in this 990.
