Epfp - the minnesota education policy fellowship program is a joint venture of the center for policy design and the washington dc based institute of educational leadership (iel). The partnership has the primary focus of large system state and federal policy development and the leadership that is necessary to influence policy design and development.

Institutions of public policy - when creative solutions are sought focusing on public policy, a focus on "design" is a more useful approach than research and analysis. Creative problem solving requires a thorough challenge of the existing assumptons and an open process for designing new solutions. South hill films is the documentary production organization that focuses on the historical analysis of large system policy design and social change.
