St. Anne's place emergency shelter provides private family bedrooms and shared bathrooms, as well as personal care items, clothing, meals and snacks, and basic necessities for up to 16 women-led families and pregnant women each night. Our secured building is staffed 24 hours per day for the safety and security of our residents. Upon arrival, families meet with a team of advocates and case managers to help determine their needs and goals. Staff collaborate internally and with a network of supportive service partner organizations to provide coordinated services for each family, including housing and employment searches, life skills, chemical health support, assistance with legal issues, mental health support, and overall family health and wellness. A children's coordinator facilitates children's intakes, assessments, and case management and supports communication between families and schools and/or childcare facilities, equips students with school supplies and uniforms, and leads indoor, outdoor, and off-site children's activities, including regular tutoring with trained volunteers. Supportive programming and activities at st. Anne's place include a parent support group, children's mental health programming, wellness activities, child and family field trips, on-site music therapy, and holiday and birthday celebrations. Financial Statement Notes

Schedule D, Page 3, Part X

Accounting principles generally accepted in the united states of america require management to evaluate tax positions taken by the organization and recognized a tax liability (or asset) for uncertain positions that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the applicable tax authorities. Federal and state tax authorities generally have the right to examine the current and three previous years of income tax returns. The organization is currently not under examination by any taxing jurisdiction.
