Ebenezer park apartments is part of ebenezer society. Ebenezer society helps older adults and others make their lives more independent, healthful, meaningful and secure. Building on our lutheran heritage, we respond to physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions of the whole person. We welcome persons of diverse cultures and faith traditions. We practice responsible stewardship of humans, property, and financial resources and encourage continual learning and innovation to strive for excellence.

This is a final return for ebenezer park apartments which was dissolved on march 12, 2020.

Form 990, Part V

Line 1a cash disbursements are centralized through the parent organization. Therefore the parent organization, ebenezer society, makes the payment and files the related form 1099's and form 1096 instead of ebenezer park apartments. Line 2a: ebenezer park apartments leases employees from a related organization, ebenezer society, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization. Therefore, ebenezer society files the appropriate w-3 and related w-2 tax forms for these individuals instead of ebenezer park apartments. According to the form 990 instructions for part vii, we reflect the leased employee's compensation on the ebenezer park apartments form 990, part vii and schedule j, as if ebenezer park apartments compensates these individuals.

Security deposits advances by the tenants of ebenezer park apartments are held in trust by the organization. The organization records the amounts advances by teanants, plus interest earned, as a liability. These liabilities were sold on 9/12/2020 to ebenezer park senior apartments, lp.

Fairview recognizes all tax positions, including those positions in a previously filed tax return or a position expected to be taken in a future tax filing that is reflected in measuring current or deferred income tax assets and liabilities, when it is more likely than not (likelihood of greater than 50%) that, based on technical merits, the position will be sustained upon examination. There are no uncertain tax positions recorded on the consolidated balance sheets as of december 31, 2020 or 2019. Fairview has made reasonable estimates of the provision for income taxes and on existing deferred tax balances based on accounting guidance included in asc 740, income taxes. Fairview does not expect that there will be a significant change in the total amount of unrecognized tax benefits within the next 12 months.
