Sustainable resources center, inc. (src) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the cause of healthy homes. Our mission is to create healthy and energy efficient home environments in partnership with families and communities. Weatherization - the u.s. Department of energy's weatherization assistance program reduces energy costs for low-income individuals by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes, while ensuring the health and safety of occupants. Healthy homes education and remediation - src works with families and communities through outreach, screening, education, lead hazard control services and healthy homes assessments and remediation to improve the health of the family and the home. Training-src provides a variety of training opportunities to homeowners, landlords and professionals to promote practical and cost effective methods for making homes healthier.
