WE ENABLED HUNDREDS OF VOLUNTEERS FROM 360 LAW FIRMS AND COMPANIES TO DELIVER ALMOST 10,000 SERVICES TO 19,500 LOW-INCOME PEOPLE LOCATED THROUGHOUT MINNESOTA ON A BUDGET THAT WAS JUST OVER $1 MILLION IN 2016. WE ARE COMMITTED TO HELPING PEOPLE AND FAMILIES IN POVERTY WHO ARE FORCED TO MAKE TOUGH CHOICES IN ORDER TO SURVIVE. WITH THE HELP OF MANY VOLUNTEERS. FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN POVERTY AND THE WORKING POOR, WE: PREVENT HOMELESSNESS AND PROTECT SAFE AND STABLE HOUSING; PROTECT FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS; HELP ABUSED OR ABANDONED CHILDREN; PROTECT AND STABILIZE SCARCE FINANICAL RESOURCES FOR STRUGGLING FAMILIES; COMBAT CONSUMER FRAUD; PROTECT VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE; AFFORD REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS A SECOND CHANCE AT MEANINGFUL ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT AND HOUSING; AND ADVOCATE FOR THE SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF THE IMMIGRANT COMMUNITY.
