Trust relies heavily on the support of its dedicated volunteers to carry out its mission. The organization's largest program, meals on wheels, depends almost entirely on volunteer drivers. In 2025, a total of 150 volunteers contributed over 4,000 hours to this program. Similarly, the estate sales program is primarily run by volunteers; last year, 30 volunteers collectively worked over 6,000 hours in support of this effort. Additionally, around 50 other volunteers assisted with various programs and initiatives at trust throughout 2025. In total, there were 230 volunteers who helped out during the year.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4C

Trust inc transportation services is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our program offers assisted rides to grocery stores, food pantries, local businesses, banks, errand runs, clinics, post offices, and community events, enabling our clients to maintain their independence and stay connected with others in the community. With additional grant funding, we were able to add medical rides to our portfolio for clinic, therapy and dialysis appointments. With our expansion into underserved neighborhoods in south and southeast minneapolis, we can now reach even more individuals who need our services throughout all of south minneapolis. Our team has expanded to include nine part-time drivers and five volunteer receiving both an hourly wage and mileage reimbursement. In 2025 we also added bilingual staff for driving and scheduling to help with the increased amount of clients and language connection. At trust inc, we are committed to ensuring that all community members have access to the resources they need to thrive.

Form 990, Page 2, Part III, Line 4D

At trust, we are incredibly grateful for the support of our volunteers who help us fulfill our mission of providing essential services to those in need. Our meals on wheels program, which delivers nutritious meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities, would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteer drivers. In 2025, 130 volunteers contributed over 3,500 hours to this program alone. Similarly, our estate sale services program, which raises critical funds for our organization, is almost entirely run by volunteers. In 2025, 35 volunteers worked a total of 6,000 hours to ensure the success of this program. Our volunteers don't just support our largest programs. They also play a vital role in our other initiatives, additionally, around 35 other volunteers assisted with various programs and initiatives at trust throughout 2025. In total, there were 175 volunteers who helped out during the year. Their support provides us with resources to expand support our clients.
