PHASE OPERATES SEVERAL MICRO INDUSTRIES, SUCH AS RETAIL OUTLETS (HERITAGE BARNWOOD, GOODWORKS THRIFT STORE, PHASE FURNISHINGS), PHASE-RECYCLING, AND PHASE LAWN SERVICES. THESE WERE DEVELOPED FOR THE EXPRESS PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE FOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. THESE PROGRAM NOT ONLY DIRECTLY SUPPORT PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS IN DEVELOPING AND EXPANDING NEEDED SKILLS TO ATTAIN EMPLOYMENT, BUT SERVE AS AN OVERALL RESOURCE TO THE BROADER COMMNUNITY (E.G., PHASE RECYCLING COLLECTED PROCESSED OVER 1500 TONS OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS DURING THE YEAR).
