For the year ended june 30, 2019, mpr recorded an estimated tax expense included in administrative expenses that amounted to $124,000. The organization has adopted certain provisions of asc topic 740, income taxes. The provisions clarify the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an organization's financial statements and prescribe a recognition threshold and measurement standard for the financial statement recognition and measurement of an income tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The organization has reviewed its tax positions for all open tax years and has concluded that there are no uncertain tax positions that require recognition.”
