The college recorded an estimated tax obligation of $800,000 for the fiscal year ended june 30, 2025. Excise tax remitted for the period ended june 30, 2024 was $456,418. The one big beautiful bill act (obbba) signed into law on july 4, 2025 eliminated the excise tax on net investment income for institutions enrolling fewer than 3,000 students for fiscal years beginning after december 31, 2025.
