Mission and Program Overview

Mission

St. Clare terrace, inc. (the organization), was formed on august 20, 1999, as a wisconsin non-profit, nonstock corporation under chapter 181 of the wisconsin statutes. The organization was formed for the purpose of providing a 59-unit assisted living facility in milwaukee, wisconsin, known as st. Clare terrace (the project), financed with mortgage bonds from the wisconsin health and educational facilities authority (whefa). The project is designed to be operated as a residential care apartment complex (rcac) in accordance with section 50.034 of the wisconsin statutes and chapter 89 of the wisconsin administrative code. The certificate of occupancy was issued on january 31, 2001.

The organization was formed for the purpose of providing a 59-unit assisted living facility in milwaukee, wisconsin, known as st. Clare terrace.
