“There are two classes of voting members known as "governing members." a governing member shall be a professional educator in private practice who demonstrates his or her involvement in a private practice such as, but not limited to, ownership or employment in private practice. (b) corporate/institutional governing member - corporate/institutional members are entitled to designate one individual as a voting member.
