Seven Ponds Endowment Fund

This trust is an investment facility for seven ponds nature center, inc. (ein 38-2929924). This trust is directly related to that entity which provides an appreciation of the natural world and the development of an environmental ethic in the communities of southeast michigan through education, service as a community resource and responsible stewardship of seven ponds and adjacent lands. This trust was established to provide a managed investment option for donations and other funds received by the seven ponds nature center operating entity. In conjunction with the seven ponds reserve fund (an additional related entity) this trust provides stewardship of the operating entity's annual results and needs.
