When financial data for 2017 was accumulated, the definition of 'normally less than 50,000' was misunderstood and a 990 -n was filed november 9, 2018. When misunderstanding was realized, this amended return was prepared.”

“Manto de guadalupe serves the less fortunate in our local communities and around the world by providing food, clothes, education, and hope. The organization also provides informational conferences while at the same time creating awareness and promoting action among our society to participate through mutual goals.”

“1. Mexico and miami conventions: as a result from the success we had last year, we received requests to do another trip to mexico. The trip to mexico city had the purpose of promoting values among participants as well as participating in several educational conferences and other activities that helped participants learn, be inspired to help others, and be able to meet other like minded people with whom they could team up to help others in their local communities. An entity in mexico assisted with the costs of this event. Those costs, along with the implied contribution, are not recognized in the form 990. 2. Taking food, clothes, and giving hope to homeless people in downtown los angeles. We took food and clothes to downtown los angeles along with volunteers and some known celebrities. We provided food and/or clothes to an estimated 400 people during our visits as well as trying to give hope to those less fortunate and create awareness within our society.”
