Member services-multiple listing services are provided for members. These are a compilation of all real estate properties that are available for sale or have already been sold. Realtors give data to upper peninsula association of realtors, inc. (upar) and upar reviews prior to posting. Members have access to these listings for conducting their business and providing real estate owners the medium for selling and buying real estate. Assistance with presentation of the listing is also provided to the members. Approximately 40% of time is devoted to this activity. There were 528 members that received these services. Member services-realtors are required to adhere to a code of ethics. Assistance is provided to resolve issues of conflict for the members, buyers and sellers. Approximately 10% of time is devoted to this activity. There were 528 members that received these services.
