This information is maintained with the board minutes in the scheurer hospital administration office. If a conflict is identified, the board member has abstained from voting on a particular issue and did not participate in the discussion.

Compensation of the organization's ceo is determined by the scheurer hospital compensation committee. This includes multiple meetings of the committee which accesses survey data to determine reasonableness in the compensation package of the ceo. The compensation committee also determines an additional amount to be paid to the cfo and other key employees as a lump sum at the end of each fiscal year.

Scheurer hospital is operating and staffing a health clinic in the elkton- pigeon-bay port laker school. The purpose of this clinic is to increase health care availability to students with a focus on reducing obesity. The number of visits from the clinic opening date in september 2013 through the end of the fiscal year (6-30-14) is 3,664. Of these visits, 1,529 were specifically related to wellness visits as defined by scheurer hospital's chna objectives.
