These reports will be reviewed by the finance committee, which will attempt to resolve any actual or potential conflict(s) and in the absence of resolution refer the matter to the mra board of directors. If the board of directors has reasonable cause to believe that a covered individual has failed to disclose an actual or possible conflict of interest, it shall inform the covered individual of the basis for such belief and afford the covered individual an opportunity to explain the alleged failure to disclose. If, after hearing the response of the covered individual and after such further investigation as may be warranted in the circumstances, the board of directors determines that the member has in fact failed to disclose an actual or possible conflict of interest, it shall take appropriate disciplinary and corrective action, which may include grounds for removal or termination of the position of the covered individual, or the termination of any contractual relationship between mra and the covered individual.”

“The board of directors has a compensation committee that gathers market analysis and industry standards. After analyzing the data, the committee determines the compensation for the president/ceo. The compensation committee also gathers information from market studies and industry standards for all staff positions. However, the president/ceo determines the final salary amount for all staff members.”
