Pt V, Line 4

The organization's board designated or quasi-restricted endowment consists of its interest in conservation land received from Willis D. Hadley. The organization's governing instrument directs that such land shall be retained permanently, unless the organization's board shall determine by unanimous vote that extraordinary circumstances make a sale or transfer of the land necessary or otherwise in the best interest of the organization. While this results in the land being classified as net assets without donor resrictions, the board has every intention of retaining the land permanently in accordance with the grantor's wishes.
