We also maintain physical copies of these documents at our main office. Interested parties can view these documents by appointment during regular business hours. Our office address and contact information for scheduling appointments are provided on our website and in our newsletters. 2. Upon Request: Additionally, we respond to all requests for copies of our governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements received via email, phone, or mail. These requests are fulfilled free of charge and can be sent electronically by email or provided as hard copies, depending on the requester's preference. 3. Annual Meetings: Information about how to access these documents is also provided during our annual general meetings, which are open to the public. This approach ensures that we not only comply with legal requirements concerning the accessibility of our governance documents but also uphold our commitment to organizational transparency and accountability.”
