Activity 2

The Compass Program serves young adults, age 18 to 30, who are having problems managing the transition from adolescence to adulthood. The program is designed for these transitional adults who struggle with psychiatric disorders including: Mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, emerging personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic), adult attention -deficit disorder, dysfunctional reactions to developmental and life problems, self-harm behavior or past suicide attempts or concerns and self-esteem issues. Patients may also suffer from co-occurring addictive disorders such as drug or alcohol abuse or dependence.

Activity 3

HOPE Adult Program - offers individualized treatment for adults from 18 to mid-60's with mental illness that has substantially compromised their quality of life or become unmanageable or unresponsive to outpatient treatment. The program is designed for men and women with personality disorders (borderline, narcissism, dependent, passive-aggressive), post-traumatic stress disorder, long-standing mood disorders (depression, manic depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized and phobic-specific) and psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective). Patients may also suffer from coexisting disorders including substance abuse and other addictions.
