The 990 is presented at the monthly meeting before the 990 is filed. Each member on the board is given a copy of the 990 to review and comment on.

The hourly wage of the two staff employees is determined by the Board, currently at $10.00 for second employee and $14.50 for the existing manager. Wendy Leonard was the second employee and Marcia Prater is the manager. The Treasurer/CEO/President receives a monthly salary of $1100.00. Changes in salary are reviewed each year at the annual meeting in February.
