Pfg's mission is to assist in the erection and maintenance of public building monuments, facilities, housing, or works; to combat community deterioration; to carry out neighborhood revitalization and community economic development; to promote social welfare and education through cooperative programs with governmental entities and charitable and other community organizations; and to undertake activities which lessen the burdens of government entities.

Pfg is committed to their mission to lessen the burdens of government through public-private partnerships that produce real benefit for our public partners by combining the best features of public development models with the cost saving efficiency of private sector expertise.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

All covered persons, which includes any corporation director, officer, board committee member, and corporation employees designated by the president, are required to disclose all actual and potential conflicts of interest annually through a conflict of interest questionnaire. As conflicts arise during the year, covered persons are required to notify the board or the president at the time the actual of potential conflict arises. The president will disclose all conflicts to the board of directors and develop alternatives to remove the conflict from the situation. Any covered persons with an actual or potential conflict are required to recuse themselves from voting on any transaction or arrangement regarding the conflict and not be present at any vote.
