Workshops for teachers, professionals and family members. Workshops for siblings called Sibshops . Theater group for all ages. Monthly social opportunities supporting people with Down syndrome called Teen Scene , Pre-teen Scene , Kids Scene & Adult Scene . Next Chapter Book Club for young adults to promote reading. We inspire community acceptance by sharing with others the presence, potential and abilities of people with Down syndrome. The activities and programs include: Monthly newsletter offering information and resources. Monthly educational/topical support meetings. Parent coffees/playground for new parents. Workshops for teachers, professionals and family members. Workshops for siblings called Sibshops . Theater group for all ages. Monthly social opportunities supporting people with Down syndrome called Teen Scene , Pre-teen Scene , Kids Scene & Adult Scene . Next Chapter Book Club for young adults to promote reading. Garden Club and Walking Club for all ages. Multimedia Resource Library of Down Syndrome educational topics. Facilitating and organizing family events. Internet support group to share questions and resources. Free educational presentations & resources to the public.
