Form 990 is available to all independent directors. However, no formal review has been or will be conducted. Additionally, quarterly financial reports are provided to the board of directors. The treasurer openly provides a formal report with detailed financial information to the association's entire membership at its annual meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available

Upon written request, allied agents association (allied) will make its application for exemption available for inspection without charge at its principal office during regular business hours. Similarly, it will make each information return available for a period of 3 years beginning on the date the return is required to be filed (including extensions) or the date these returns were actually filed, if later. Allied will also provide copies of documents required under section 6104(d) in response to any request made in person or in writing. Any fee that is charged will be reasonable. In its entire history, allied has never denied a request for document inspection or document copies.
