Pt VI, Line 11B

The current process for reviewing Form 990 prior to filing is that the current Board President and Treasurer received a draft of Form 990 to examine. The Board President and Treasurer discussed Form 990 with the preparer to ensure all of the information is accurate. If any corrections are needed they are made to the draft of Form 990. Once the Board President and Treasurer approve the draft of Form 990 it is then circulated to all of the Board Members in draft form for their review. Once the Board agrees that the draft of Form 990 is accurate the Board President and Treasurer approve the final draft by signing the return authorization prior to the Form 990 being E-filed.

The Board President and Treasurer discussed Form 990 with the preparer to ensure all of the information is accurate. If any corrections are needed they are made to the draft of Form 990. Once the Board President and Treasurer approve the draft of Form 990 it is then circulated to all of the Board Members in draft form for their review. Once the Board agrees that the draft of Form 990 is accurate the Board President and Treasurer approve the final draft by signing the return authorization prior to the Form 990 being E-filed.
